An equestrian-sports school is quite an interesting but complex business, incorporating elements typical of various businesses and activities. In this case, it combines services such as training, horse rental, equipment sales, a hotel for horses, and a café for visitors, among others. In the Ukrainian market, there are many tools for automating certain processes of an equestrian-sports school or a network of such schools. For example, there are systems for booking time for clients, CRM systems, and accounting systems; some even use Excel or Google Sheets. However, as it turned out, there is currently no comprehensive system on the market that combines all business elements in one information space. Therefore, an investor approached Molfar Group with the proposal to create an MVP (Minimum Viable Product) of such a system.
Molfar Group developed the technical requirements, agreed on them with the client, and began the project to develop a web application for automating the complex tasks and areas of an equestrian-sports school.
In its MVP version, the web application from Molfar Group will address the following tasks:
- Form work schedules for trainers and horse involvement;
- Provide booking of sessions through a step-by-step dialog mechanism with an online payment system;
- Facilitate horse sharing and trainer booking;
- Support the sale of certificates and subscriptions;
- Manage the material supply of the equestrian-sports school;
- Generate reports on the activities of the equestrian-sports school.
And, of course, the application must be multilingual.
