Rost company was founded in 1999. It is the manufacturer and supplier of the furniture components: composite panels and fronts using Acryl, Crystaline plastics, Smartline PVC film under its own trade mark LuxeForm ™; the company achieves at least 30 % of the domestic market for acrylic panels and fronts. The products of this company are presented in Ukraine, Belgium, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Poland, Hungary, Romania etc.
Purpose Project
The main goal of the project was to organize the process automation of B2B customer interaction in order to significantly simplify and speed up the order process, as well as to remove the human factor and significantly keep the service costs down.

- API integration with enterprise management system at the level of full data synchronization of customers, categories, products, orders, calculation and status data, etc...
- API integration with GibLab optimization service for plate and running cuts https://www.giblab.com;
- Automatic calculation of packaging terms and cost according to product group and delivery operator;
- Automatic calculation of delivery cost according to order size and delivery operator;
- Development of intelligent product search by any attribute with variant to be offered on the basis of ElasticSearch Engine;
- Development of individual filter wizard (at the level of parametric settings);
- Development of “quick” order wizard;
- Implementation of order parameters to be imported from customer files;
- Development of order wizard for non-typical components, with changes in processing parameters and dimensions;
- Preservation implementation of unrestricted basket number for each customer with an option to transfer the product items from one to another existing or new as well as to activate the check-out at any time;
- Development of widgets which provide an opportunity for the customer to see the current execution status of each order, receive the feedback on order provision with raw materials, as well as plan the delivery by cities, accounts receivable, etc.

This project, in which our ideas about the interaction convenience of dealers and customers were taken into account, lasted a long time. What can I say about our cooperation?
Firstly, the backend part, which had been professionally executed, is logical, clear, and convenient.
Secondly, the high-quality visual had been consequently set-up.
Thirdly, the integration with other IT systems had been set-up. Now I have no idea how much “manual works” we did before?!
It was exciting and effectively to work using the Agile and Scrum approaches while developing the product.
And, the most significantly are the high-qualitative developed complex products for the client’s major customers: web-services for communication with the Rost accounting system, delivery services, packaging calculation, unique quick order services for dealers, front order wizard, editing wizard of saved orders, etc.
