“Center Doors” is one of the leading door market players in Ukraine, with an extensive network of offline showrooms in Kyiv and other cities. The company specializes in interior and entrance doors, hardware, flooring, and furniture, combining European product quality with a high level of service.
The brand sets industry standards by offering customers not just products, but comprehensive home and office solutions — from model selection to professional installation. For this reason, the digital sales channel needed to match the quality of offline showrooms and support complex product logic.
Purpose Project
The key goal was the digital transformation of the brand and the replacement of the outdated Magento architecture with a more flexible and manageable system. Additionally, the aim was to significantly improve site performance and speed to enhance user experience and boost the company’s advertising metrics.

- Complete redesign with a modern catalog structure and optimized user flows to increase conversion rates.
- Migration from Magento to a custom Laravel-based solution, providing better manageability, faster performance, and flexible scalability.
- Advanced product configuration functionality: the options system allows customers to assemble a product model themselves (size, material, finish, hardware, etc.) with automatic recalculation of the final price.
- Complex product series model: a separate “Series” entity was implemented, which is not a subcategory. Series can be grouped, filtered, and displayed across different categories. A single product can belong to one series but appear in multiple categories.
- Flexible catalog filtering system considering series, product attributes, and price ranges.

“Our Showrooms” module with interactive map:
- displays showrooms within the selected city
- custom markers with modal windows showing brief information
- scalable to additional cities
- unique page for each showroom
- Product import and export via the admin panel in Excel format, allowing fast updates of large datasets without developer involvement.
