Despite the ongoing Russian invasion, Molfar Group concluded 2023 by demonstrating significant progress in its operations. Over the past year, we achieved impressive results across various areas of activity.
• Financial
Results
The company’s annual revenue nearly doubled compared
to 2022. The main growth drivers were contracts for custom e-commerce
products and expansion into international markets, including China,
Poland, and the United States.
• Business
Expansion
At the end of the year, Molfar Group signed
partnership agreements with several creative agencies and companies
in the digital marketing sector. Key partnerships included
collaborations with the Australian agency Shtudio
and the Ukrainian Luxsite
Agency.
• Innovation
and Technology
The company reinvested nearly 16% of its revenue
into personnel development and mastering new technologies. New team
members joined Molfar Group, including:
- 1 Project Manager;
- 2 Frontend Developers;
- 1 Backend Developer;
- 1 Architect;
- 2 Full Stack Developers.
This significantly strengthened our team, expanded our capabilities, and allowed us to offer clients new solutions, including the revival of web application development services.
• Social
Responsibility
During the war, one of Molfar Group's main
priorities remained supporting the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Throughout the year, our team provided financial assistance to
individual soldiers and contributed to the funding of various
volunteer programs.
• Plans
for 2024
In 2024, Molfar Group plans to initiate a company
reorganization aimed at building a strong, systematic business. The
company has established and approved target metrics for revenue
growth, project expansion in key markets, and management
improvements. Planned initiatives include restructuring the
organizational framework, revamping the employee motivation system,
and implementing new operational support systems.
“2023 proved that despite external challenges, we can work efficiently and achieve our goals. This validates our chosen development path. Ultimately, it’s the team’s achievement, and I am deeply grateful to all my colleagues and partners. I am confident that 2024 will bring even more opportunities for growth,” said Andrii Fomychov, CEO of Molfar Group.
