The ADONIS company is a pharmacy chain with a long-standing history, operating in the pharmaceutical market of Ukraine since 2001. The company's main mission is to provide customers with high-quality medicines and medical products.
Our objective was to develop a modern, fully functional online store that unites the ADONIS pharmacy network. The primary goal was to offer customers a convenient way to purchase or reserve medicines and medical products online, making the process as simple as possible.
As part of the project, we introduced several essential features necessary for a modern online service, including:
- An intuitive catalog with filters for searching by brand, price, dosage form, or pharmaceutical group.
- A shopping cart with the option to choose between online purchase or product reservation at a convenient pharmacy location.
- A personal user account with order history and tracking of order statuses.
- API integration with an ERP system to synchronize product, order, and status data across the entire pharmacy network, including the central office.
- Support for people with disabilities – an adaptive website version for visually impaired users.
Project Highlights
This project became a significant and exciting achievement for us:
- Integration with an ERP system featuring a complex territorial structure (central office and multiple pharmacies), implemented for the first time in our practice.
- The ability to reserve products at a pharmacy for self-pickup – an essential feature for purchasing prescription medications.
