Concerts, e-commerce and dentistry: how we completed three very different projects

Different countries, different industries, different platforms — but one approach: clear the technical debt first, then build functionality the client can manage on their own. Here are three projects we have recently completed.

Svitlo Concert — a concert agency that manages its content without developers

Svitlo Concert is a Polish concert agency that organises intimate classical and atmospheric concerts in unconventional venues across Warsaw, Krakow and other Polish cities.

Our task covered three areas: ensuring the stability of the website, improving the UX of the event filtering system, and extending the admin panel so that the client's managers could manage content independently.

Key solutions:

  • a city-linked promotional slider on the homepage, so visitors see what is happening near them;
  • a REST API for external integrations, with filtering by artist, city and date.

Technologies: WordPress, custom theme, REST API, GTM, Meta Pixel, Zoho CRM integration, n8n automation.

Scale: 2 main websites (.pl and .com) and 4+ related projects. Start date — 8 September 2025, team — 2 developers.

Loke — an online store built around conversion

Loke is a Ukrainian online store selling home, leisure and everyday goods.

The goal was to make the interface more appealing and the navigation simpler. Our main focus was conversion growth: we optimised the user experience across the key pages (homepage, catalogue, product page, cart, checkout) and cleared the accumulated technical issues.

Key solutions:

  • a sticky purchase button that locks to the top of the screen as the user scrolls the product page, keeping the cart one click away at any scroll depth;
  • a static category menu to the left of the main banner for fast access to catalogue sections.

Technologies: OpenCart.

Scale: start date — 12 January 2026, team — 2 developers.

DentalArt — a clinic website that became a template for the medical niche

Dental Art is a dental clinic on the left bank of Kyiv, in the Comfort Town residential complex, serving over 11,000 patients with a team of 11+ experienced doctors.

We built a website that works both as a patient acquisition tool and as a reusable template for future medical projects.

Key solutions:

  • a conditional content system based on the "filled in — displayed" principle: empty blocks hide automatically, and links to incomplete service descriptions disappear on their own;
  • a hidden case bank with before/after treatment photos, protected from Google indexing;
  • flexible review logic: TrustIndex integration plus manual control from the admin panel;
  • an appointment form that captures the full context of each request — page URL, service name, UTM tags and timestamp;
  • a bulk price update tool that applies percentage or fixed-amount changes across the entire service list.

Technologies: WordPress, ACF (Advanced Custom Fields), PHP, MySQL.

Scale: start date — 24 December 2025, team — 3 developers.

What the three projects have in common

Despite the different industries and platforms, in all three cases we were solving the same problem: making sure that once the project is delivered, the client does not depend on a developer for day-to-day operations. The ACF-based admin panel, content management in Svitlo Concert, the bulk price tool in DentalArt — these are not extra features but a basic condition for a website to stay alive after launch.

Important: a completed stage is not a completed partnership

All three projects remain with us for technical support and further development. We do not hand over a website and disappear: after launch we continue the support, keep an eye on stability, updates and security, and keep developing the functionality together with the clients' teams.

For us, this is the main indicator of quality. A client who stays after the main stage is finished says more than any portfolio case. And this is exactly why an autonomous admin panel and ongoing support are not in conflict: the client handles the daily operations, and we take on everything that requires a developer.
